Eric Neufeld CPO, FAAOP
Eric is the Chief Prosthetist and patient champion at Agile Orthopedics.
Eric has been a managing partner and lead clinician with several of the nation's largest private orthotic/prosthetic practices.
Eric earned a BA Degree from the University of Wisconsin. He received his Orthotic education at the University of Connecticut and his Prosthetic education from Northwestern University. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists. Eric has extensive training and experience in both upper and lower limb orthotics and Prosthetics. His experience in home-based, outpatient and hospital-based practices have given him a wide variety of expertise in acute and rehabilitation care.
Aside from providing services in the Denver area, Eric is a founding member of the Range of Motion Project (ROMP) , a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing prosthetic care and education to those without resources. He frequently travels to Guatemala and other developing nations where resources are limited for amputees in need. Eric loves to talk about his travels and experiences in these places and the work that ROMP performs around the world. Outside of work, Eric enjoys woodworking and spending time outdoors with his wife and two adorable sons.
Glenn Matsushima CPO
Certified Prosthetist - Orthotist
He completed the O&P program from California State University of Dominguez Hills and has enjoyed the field ever since. Glenn loves all the technological advances in the field since he has started and integrates CAD 3D design whenever he can. Over the years he has specialized in upper extremity prosthetics, Scoliosis orthotics and cranial remolding orthotics. He has also been on the board of many organizations including The American Orthotics and Prosthetics Association (AOPA), The American Board for Certification for Orthotics and Prosthetics (ABC), the National Commission on Orthotic and Prosthetic Education (NCOPE), and multiple manufacturer boards. When he is not at work Glenn enjoys surfing and spending time with his wife and five children.
Carita Backman, CPO
Mrs. Backman received a Bachelor of Science degree from Helsinki IV College of Applied Health Sciences, Helsinki, Finland in 1993. She has a four year degree in orthopedic engineering (in this country the degree is called biomechanical engineering). Prior to entering the O&P field she was a physical therapist. Mrs. Backman is a licensed orthotist and prosthetist in Finland, and became an ABC certified prosthetist in USA in 2003. She moved to USA in 1993 and did her clinical residency at O&P of Pinehurst in Pinehurst NC. After that in 1995 she moved to San Francisco CA and worked there as a staff prosthetist for a company called Dan Muth Company. In 1997 she moved to Colorado and worked for NovaCare as a prosthetist and practice manager. In 2002 until now she joined Orthotic Prosthetic Solution as a part owner of OPS, owner of her practice and clinical prosthetist. Mrs. Backman is also a certified mastectomy fitter. She speaks Finnish, Swedish, German, and English. Outside of work she loves the outdoors like hiking and Nordic skiing. She enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and two kids.
Allie Peterson CPO
Certified Prosthetist – Orthotist
Allie is an American Board Certified Prosthetist Orthotist, having completed her Master’s degree and educational studies in the O&P program from California State University of Dominguez Hills in 2016.
Allie began her O&P career in Colorado as an Orthotic Technician after receiving her Bachelors in Science from Georgia State University in 2009. Driven by her career goals and love of the outdoors, Allie began working at a large, regional O&P fabrication facility and where she was recognized for her fine-tuned skill in fabrication. Post-Graduate school in 2016 and following her residency program, Allie returned to Colorado and since then has been actively working in the Metro Denver area.
Allie is passionate about her work with patients, and possesses a laser-focus in both upper and lower limb orthotics and prosthetics. Her dedicated experience in outpatient and hospital care has given her a variety of diverse expertise, which includes an emphasis on pediatric orthotics. Allie genuinely loves working with her patients and always strives for the best treatment outcomes.
Outside of work, Allie enjoys a very active Colorado lifestyle which encompasses mountain biking, camping, snowboarding, hiking, and soccer.
David Krupa, CP
Certified Prosthetist
David splits his time between Denver, Colorado, Quito, Ecuador and Zacapa, Guatemala where he serves amputees throughout the developing world as the Executive Director and Co-Founder of The Range of Motion Project (ROMP), a non-profit, for-impact Organization whose mission is to provide high quality prosthetic care in underserved populations, which enhances mobility and unlocks human potential. When in Colorado, David provides world class care to amputees in need with all levels of amputation and complexity of care. An amputee himself, he believes mobility can be critical in an individual’s pursuit of life’s many aspirations – family, community, work, active play and adventure. This fuels his continued drive to expand his impact on the healthcare of underserved populations. The American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists awarded David with The Mohamed Amin Award for Humanitarian Service in 2007. He is the recipient of the 2013 Charles C Stewart Young Humanitarian Award from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is recipient of the 2015 Henry Viscardi Achievement Award which recognizes exemplary leaders within the disability community and their extraordinary societal contributions. He studied prosthetics at Northwestern University and is an American Board Certified Prosthetist.
Pawel Brzozka, CP
Senior Prosthetist
Pawel received his Master’s of Science degree in Orthopedic and Prosthetic Engineering from Bialystok University of Technology and his clinical Prosthetic education from Northwestern University. He is an American Board Certified Prosthetist, specializing in upper and lower extremity prosthetics. Pawel moved to Colorado and began serving Denver Metro patients in 2013. Outside of work, Pawel can be found in the mountains enjoying camping, mountain biking, hiking, and skiing with his wife and two kids, or in his garage brewing beer and building new woodworking projects.
Jordan Prindle CPO
Certified Prosthetist Orthotist
Jordan is originally from Manchester, CT, but has traveled around the country gaining knowledge and experience in the O&P field, landing in Fort Collins, CO, in 2017. Jordan completed her undergraduate studies in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on Biomechanics and Rehabilitation at Northwestern University in 2009 and received her Master of Health Science Orthotic and Prosthetic Option from California State University Dominguez Hills in 2016. She completed her prosthetic residency at the VA hospital in West Los Angeles, CA, working primarily with older veterans through all stages of care, and has loved the chance to work in pediatrics with POG for the past few years. Jordan loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, camping, snowboarding, and Muay Thai, as well as watching movies and baking. She has a sweet, energetic, three-legged cattle dog/husky mix named Skip, who always tags along on adventures.
John Rosner CP
John was born and raised in northern New Mexico and spent 8 years practicing as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Albuquerque, NM. He moved to Chicago to complete his Master’s in O and P at Northwestern University in 2017. John has felt privileged to begin his practice of O and P in the beautiful Colorado Springs area, and sees a wide variety of patients including lower and upper extremity prosthetics, lower extremity orthotics, and spinal bracing. One of John’s greatest passions is helping individuals get back to fulfilling activities in the outdoors such as hiking, running, biking, skiing or boarding, climbing, kayaking, etc. after surgery or injury. In John’s daily life, he finds meaning in the practice of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation and engages in artistic endeavors as a photographer, chef, and metal fabricator. He also loves the outdoors and spending time with his wife Rachael and two Australian Shepherds, Arroyo and Sage.
Amy Cutler
Clinical Assistant/O&P Technician
Amy received her Bachelor's in Sculpture from Guilford College, then went on to complete the O&P Clinical Assistant program at Century College. Amy is originally from Gaithersburg, MD and moved to the Denver area in July of 2020.
In her spare time Amy can be found in the mountains or in her artist's loft handmaking quilts, jewelry and other various crafts. Amy has a passion for travelling to small towns no one has heard of and finding out makes them unique
Michelle Harper
Office Manager
Michelle has been in the Orthotics & Prosthetic field since 2002 and started working for Prosthetic & Orthotic Group in 2015. She is the Office Manager in the Fort Collins Office and helps with operations, contracting and billing for all of the Colorado offices. Michelle has been married for 23 years and has 3 children, ages 20, 15 and 12. She enjoys running, biking and hiking when not at work.

Gabriela is from Ciudad Juarez Chihuahua and started with Prosthetic &Orthotic Group in 2011 as a Patient Service Coordinator in the Fort Collins Office. She is a senior biller and also helps in translating Spanish speaking patients. She has an adorable 15 year fur baby named Melo. GO BRONCOS!!
Alexis Cromwell
Patient Service Coordinator
Alexis answers the phones, checks in patients and makes sure all paperwork we need is completed. She makes sure patients are comfortable in the office and gives them the best service. Alexis love animals, and has 2 dogs and 1 cat that are her babies.
Nataly Saenz
Director of Business Development and Healthcare Liaison
Nataly Saenz has been in the Orthotic and Prosthetic field for four years. She is the Director of Business Development and Healthcare Liaison. She is well-versed in negotiations, planning and development, relationship management, and operations. Bringing smiles is her passion, and she is a strong believer that laughter, knowledge, compassion and a little hard work, can save the world. Outside of work she can be found hiking with her dog, kayaking, or volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, COTA, the Early Response Team, or putting together Amputee Socials.
